Hi, I'm Josh Borrett, founder of JB Fitness & Health. I'm a registered personal trainer and gym instructor having taught and practiced in the industry for the last 10 years. Fitness has always been my passion ever since completing my Bachelor of Sports Science way back when. I enjoy teaching people the correct techniques and methods whilst ensuring they have fun in order to live a healthier lifestyle now and into the future.
